This is a competition sponsored by the city of Logroño proposing as a first choice residential use, but also leaving open the possibility for other compatible uses, such as a hotel, which is the subject of this proposal. .

The parcels of the competition occupy a privileged position next to the Portales Street and next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria la Redonda, close to the Regional Government Headquarters. It is necessary to specify this exact position because it justifies the suitability of the hotel use: many cities with an important historical center need hotels, which generate jobs and wealth and animate the residential quarters: in our opinion, this is the case before us.
For all these reasons we proposed a suitable hotel use first level to the scale of the place contribute to the consolidation of an urban center destination of a tourism boom
